Title: Yugoslavian Pljeskavica

1lbGround meat- lamb, pork,
  Veal, beef or mixed
3tbFinely chopped onion or
  Scallions
1tbMinced parsley
1tbPaprika
1 Clove minced garlic
  Salt to taste
  Generous amount of black
  Pepper

It's called pljeskavica and pronounced something like pleshkavitsa. It is similar to cevapcici but it is made in a patty form. Here's a basic recipe:

Mix all together thoroughly and let sit for an hour or two. Form into 3 patties and grill over wood coals or charcoal until they are no longer pink in the middle. They are often served with chopped onions.
